Where do you ship from?
I ship out of California, USA.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I ship to most countries around the world, except to those that do not accept mail from USPS.

When will my order ship? 
Orders will ship in approximately 3-5 business days. 

How long will it take to receive my item?
Shipping times vary across the United States and internationally. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for US orders and 4-8 weeks for international orders.

Why is the shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately, international shipping is quite pricey for anything larger than flat mail.

How will I know if my order shipped?
You will receive an email stating that your order has shipped. If your order has a tracking number, the number will also be provided in the email.
